Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (25%)
Apple (Malus sylvestris) (20%)
Rosehip (Rosa canina)

♦ Directions: 
 
To make your delicious brew, pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing. You can adjust the flavour by how long you allow the teabag to infuse. Milk and sugar is not required but if you require sweetening, add a small amount of honey. You may enjoy this tea served hot, or cooled and served with ice. You may like to add a slice of lemon, orange peel or cinnamon stick while it infuses.

For safety during pregnancy we recommend consuming no more than 1 cup daily.
